Criteria 6.3: Criteria 6.3: Workers’ rights are respected 6.3.12 If no contribution to social security, including health insurance and retirement funds, is required by law, a minimum level of benefits is ensured whenever possible.	This requirement applies to any kind of contracted workers, including subcontracted workers.
