Criteria 6.3: Criteria 6.3: Workers’ rights are respected 6.3.11 Deductions from wages such as social security, can only be made if permitted by national law or collective bargaining agreement. Voluntary wage deductions such as advance payments, union membership fees, or loans are only made with written or verbal consent of the worker. Deductions for work-related tools, equipment or gear are not made, unless expressly permitted by law. In-kind benefits are in accordance with national law but cannot exceed 30% of the total remuneration.	This requirement applies to any kind of contracted workers, including subcontracted workers.
