Workers are paid regularly at scheduled intervals agreed both by the worker and the employer, but at least monthly.
This requirement applies to any kind of contracted workers, including subcontracted workers. There should be a list of all workers that includes information on gender, age, wage, employment contracts and payment terms. The payment record (e.g. pay slip) should include number of hours worked (regular and overtime), calculation of wages and deductions, other benefits and wages paid.
